On March 1st 2018, Expertise France, the French public international cooperation agency, and Bioforce signed a partnership agreement that will enable joint projects and heighten the offer of French expertise in capacity building of aid agencies & institutions.

Through this partnership, Bioforce is recognized for its "expertise in educational engineering, which allows it to translate a lack of performance into an apprenticeship programme", and its "expertise and experience in building capacity of international and local aid organisations and institutions". Expertise France also intends to "benefit from Bioforce’s various training material for the emergency and development professions, relying in particular on its two regional training centres in France and Senegal".

This partnership is a natural consequence of a collaboration that started in 2013 in Burkina Faso with a human resources in health logistics’ capacity building programme, then continued from 2014 to 2016 in Guinea with an ambitious programme that trained the Ebola virus prevention and response teams.

Expertise France is the French public international cooperation agency. It designs and implements projects which aim to contribute to the balanced development of partner countries, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda and the priorities of France’s external action.
